Nutless, 2002 by David Shrigley
David Shrigley's recent show Brain Activity at the Hayward Gallery has been shortlisted for the 2013 Turner Prize. The work covers the full range of Shrigley's diverse practice, extending beyond the drawing for which he is best known to include photography, books, sculpture, animation, painting, music and site-specific installations.
The other shortlisted artists are Laure Prouvost, Tino Sehgal and Lynette Yiadom-Boakye.
